The Colorado Department of Corrections has 20 facilities located throughout the state, employs over 6,200 staff members and houses just over 20,000 offenders. Each facility provides offenders the opportunity to gain a skilled trade before being released. This helps us achieve our mission and vision while providing career opportunities to the residents of Colorado.
